[net.micro.amiga] Rumour?

Can anyone confirm this?

A friend tells me that a market research group (Infocorp, I
believe), has released data showing the Amiga outselling the
ST 2:1 in the United States. I also read on a BBS that Jack
Tramiel confirmed this as true at some shindig ath 47th St.
Photo in New York...

Also, has anyone seen or heard of any new software from Europe?
I hear they're doing neat things over there...

Thx,
Eric

I've heard results of some market research that put sales of Amiga in
December in the USA higher than ALL Atari computers in the USA, and that
in January and February it was selling AT LEAST as well as the ST. I
haven't heard anything since then, but it wouldn't surprise ME if the
sales picked up after February, especially in May when the monitor sale
started. \
