Yesterday, I went to a nearby Amiga dealer and saw the Amiga for the first time. I was astounded! I have been keeping up on the network traffic and mag. articles, but had never seen one close up. The way I figured it, the total cost for a complete system (cpu, monitor, printer, modem, etc.) would be around $3k to $4k. That's not bad! I had a bad outlook of what kind of salesperson would greet me, and it lived true. The person couldn't even find any disks to boot the machine up with! Then 'The Man' came in and set everything up. Then the real fun started. I was shown the stereo capabilities, the high/medium/low resolution modes and a music program that seemed to be limitless! I was impressed! Now, I'm not a real pro when it comes to programming. I have spent some time working with Pascal, but from the looks of the C articles coming across the network, I'd say that I had better learn C. I can 'sort of' follow some the programs. Anyway, the reason the I'm blabbering on is to find out if anyone can recommend a good C tutorial. We have a Unix/C tutorial here at my employment, but I would like to use something on the Amiga, considering I can get up the $$$. Any recommendations for good tutorials would be appreciated. jbl
