[net.micro.amiga] More Blitter info needed

Say, could you Commodore people post or E-mail me some more info on
the Blitter.  The Hardware manual doesn't say enough.  (ie.  the 
blitter has a barrel shifter, but it doesn't tell what direction
it shifts.  I'd guess it's a right shift that's applied after 
the base address is calculated, since that makes sense.)

Also, how do you tell the blitter to save the screen background if
the starting address of the block doesn't start on a word boundary.
(I hope I don't have to save (width mod 16) + 1 words.)

Please hurry with this info.  I'm tired of using PrintImage() for my games
and the RKM routines have too much overhead and are too clumsy to
use.  (ie. set up a 2^zillion fields, sort the glist, 
indirect over to the VSprite structure, indirect over to the
RastPort structure drawglist, etc. etc. etc. draw)
Also, I'm lazy or else I'd have used Wack to figure it out.
