Has anyone else encountered this in 1.1, and does it still exist >in 1.2? In 1.1, I was in the midst of copying a file between disks using one drive. Got tired of N swaps and hit cancel. Now I have a zero-length file which cannot be deleted, renamed, copied to, or dir opt i'd. A small annoyance so far, but I feel less in control knowing this can happen.
