In 1.1, I was in the midst of copying a file between disks using one drive.
Got tired of N swaps and hit cancel.  Now I have a zero-length file
which cannot be deleted, renamed, copied to, or dir opt i'd.  A small
annoyance so far, but I feel less in control knowing this can happen.
