[net.micro.amiga] KV1311 interlace

	If your interlace doesn't look good on a KV1311, fiddle with
the vertical hold.  This should fix things.

	Yah, just found this out myself.... Fixes the problem real neat,
I'm actually using interlace to do most of my work.
