re: Termcap needed for VT-100 emulation using GIZMO

I have a student who using an Amiga with GIZMO which supposedly emulates
a VT-100. Some screen oriented processes work properly such as "Talk"
and games, but the "vi" editor does not.

Does anyone have either a separate termcap entry or some idea why this
is not working for this student.

Thanks in advance,

If you're student can find an executable copy, Dave Wecker's vt100 emulator v2.1 does a fine job on both vi and emacs.

Although the vt100 emulation on GIZMO does not work for vi
the Televideo 920 emulation works fine with vi.
