[net.news.notes] Locked Notesfiles

     Can anyone out there tell me what causes a notesfile to lock.
     Every morning when I come in, there are at least 10 notesfiles
     that are locked.  This is getting to be a real pain.  Is there
     anything that can be done to avoid this?
