Net.database was created for the discussion of database and data management
issues.  Let's please keep discussions of things like the "qwerty" keyboard
out of it.

net.cog-eng is used for user interface issues like keyboard layouts.
Moving discussion of qwerty vs Dvorak keyboards there would be approriate.
