             AT&T ANNOUNCES SPECIAL PACKAGE FOR
                 UNIX/VMEbus COMPUTER USERS

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, New Jersey, July 1, 1986 -- Concurrent
with the introduction of its new WE 321SB VMEbus Single
Board Computer, AT&T has announced a special package, at an
introductory price, to aid users in developing and
evaluating demand-paged VMEbus UNIX Systems. The
introductory package includes the Single Board Computer, a
binary copy of AT&T UNIX System V/VME - the highly acclaimed
operating system, software device drivers for hard and
floppy disk drives, software generation programs including
an optimization AT&T C language compiler, and an excellent
documentation package. For a limited time, this complete
package is being offered for $5995, quantity one.

The WE 321SB is based upon the highly acclaimed UNIX
Microsystem, the high performance 32 bit microprocessor
chipset developed and manufactured by AT&T. The board makes
heavy use of surface mount technology to provide a product
with an extraordinary size to function ratio.

The WE 321SB VMEbus Single Board Computer allows users to
rapidly configure high performance, demand-paged UNIX
Systems. Being based upon the VMEbus, an internationally
recognized standard, the AT&T Single Board Computer allows
users to assemble systems to meet their needs by choosing
peripheral and memory boards from different vendors.
Systems are both object file and floppy disk format
compatible with the AT&T 3B2 Computer family. This
compatibility gives off-the-shelf access to the many
thousands of applications and language packages available
for the 3B2s - something no other VMEbus system can offer.
