AT&T Technology Systems announces the first ISDN (integrated services digital network) device in a family of ISDN products. The T7250A is a VLSI device used as a transceiver for basic assess 2B+D service at the S/T reference point. The T7250 provides 192Kbs, full duplex communications over 4-wire lines and conforms to CCITT I.430 international standards for ISDN.
