Announcing a new book

C Programming Techniques for the Macintosh is a comprehensive guide to
Macintosh software development. A programmer with knowledge of any
block-structured language can use this book to ensure sucessful
completion of his first Macintosh application. The reference section of
the book makes it possible to use it without "Inside Macintosh" and is, in
general, a handier and better-structured reference for applications level
programming. The example programs are compatible with both Aztec C and
LightspeedC, two of the best and most widely used compilers.

C Programming Techniques for the Macintosh was written by Zigurd R.
Mednieks and Terry M. Schilke, published by Howard W. Sams & Co., Inc.
Available at most large bookstores, through the Apple Programmers' and
Developers' Association catalog, or directly from Sams.

[I know there isn't a "for further info" section here. It looks like
zrm@mit-eddie is probably one of the authors, and mit-eddie can be
reached via the UUCP map data. -mod]
