[mod.newprod] Name of group changing

As of today, the newsgroup mod.newprod is now comp.newprod.  Look for
postings of product announcements there.

At first, I thought that misc.newprod might be more appropriate, but
looking over the past 100 postings, I found no non-computer related
products.  So, comp.newprod it is!
