My interest is currently more towards the "benign" wilderness-existence aspect, but I am interested in anything that's to be said in any of the three areas. My three definitions: Survival as in "malignant" post-holocaust existance (popular SF topic), Survival as in (usually barely) staying alive to return to civilization, Survival as in living in wilderness (return to nature). 1) Total Self Sufficiency: Very Difficult even with a nuclear family
2) Community Self Sufficiency: Alternative Society
