Article: 10:22 Got the issue of Soldier of Fortune that was supposed to have the XG1 review in it a couple days ago. The article wasn't there. I wrote the editors asking about it, and also asked that they send me a copy of the text if they were not going to print the piece. It is unlikely that they will do so, but, if they do, I'll let you-all know. Also, I've been writing this model number as "XG1" -- that is, with the numeral one. It might really be "XGI", with the letter eye instead. And, on a completely different subject, got the first gun magazine of the season with the DBI books "holiday special" ad in it, where they pay the postage on books you order, so you can really get two for the price of one. (That was in the December issue of GUNS Magazine.) This special is something they do every year from around October through February. So now is the time to figure what DBI (Gun Digest publishers) books you want for Christmas! Regards, Will
