I want to start reloading 38 special shells. I plan on getting one of those Lee turret reloading presses. The only question I have is about measuring the powder charge. Is one of those powder measuring spoons accurate enough for practice rounds? Where can I get the size I need and should I buy a scale to accurately double check the amount of powder? I'm looking for a cheap way out but there may not be one.

Article: 3:21 DON'T GO CHEAP!!!! You should get an accurate scale! Remember, SAFETY is the primary issue here....after all you don't want to accidentally load too little powder in a shell to find later the bullet gets stuck in your barrel! SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! --scott
