Fair) This is as much a human interface issue as anything else, and I assert that it is wrong to force a system administrator (or anyone else) to think in other than his own time zone. The only exception to this rule that I can imagine is in networking, wherein it is easiest if all timestamps are in GMT (or some other absolute measure) so that calculation of the relative times of various network wide events is simpler.
