Each article in the archives for Volumes 1-9 has had a header "Draft-9:" added that gives references to section numbers in P1003.1 Draft 9 or to related topics. Draft 9 is the current draft as of this writing. Its sections are arranged almost identically to those of the published POSIX Trial Use Standard, with the following exceptions: Trial Use Draft 9 Definitions 2.11 Portability Specifications Signals 3.3.[0-3] 3.3.[0-8] (reliable signals added) 5.4.1 5.3.4 Link to a File 5.5.3 C language remove() Function 5.5.4 5.5.3 C language rename() Function ioctl/termio 7 7 (incorporated from Appendix C) 7.1 General Terminal Interface 7.2 Asynchronous Serial Modem Line Interface 8.4 Non-local Jumps The Appendices have been completely reorganized (there are only three now: [A-K] A Related Standards B Rationale and Notes C Comparison with SVID so I have not used them at all in the index by sections.)
