<> Reposted from net.jokes: Recently a big softdrink company changed its taste and told the Public, "This is it." Then the company kept Tabs on the response. People have been reacting in a Spritely fashion. Many folks in New York said: 'Yoo-hoo, we liked the old formula better.' The same in heard in Sun-Kissed California. Many Hawaiians Punch the idea. Softdrink fans in the Mountains Do not like it either. A lot of Doctors Pepper the idea. The reaction in Canada: Dry. Now the company ways it will keep the formula while bringing back the old. Combined with other variations of the brand-name (diet, caffeine-free,etc) that means the company will have six formulas on the store shelves. If it develops one more, it will have Seven Up. Was the entire exercise, as some folks believe, just a ploy to garner publicity and boost sales? Perish the thought! The oly person who could think such a cynical thing would be a grouch suffering from dysPepsia.
