Here are some hints on what you will need to talk to your TNC-2 Len.
Yes you will need some sort of serial card.  Just about any on the market
will do.  I'm using a CCS7710A which I'm not sure if this card is still
manufactured or not.  Also you will need some sort of terminal software.
Again almost any will do.  I have personal experience with three programs
written by the same manufacturer used by three different operating systems
on the Apple.  Ascii Express works under Apple DOS, Pterm works under
Apple Pascal and Zterm works under Apple CP/M.  Of course to use the CP/M
version you need some sort of Z80 card.  These three programs are virtually
indentical in their features and functions.  That's all you need other than
a RS-232 cable.  Incidentally, I'm using an Apple II+ and an old TNC-1.
