Oops, almost forgot. The May 1985 issue of the IEEE Journal on
Selected Areas in Communications carries the article "Packet
Radio in the Amateur Service", by Harold Price, Bob Diersing, and
yours truly.
Phil, if this article is available in machine-readable format and if
permission can be gotten to release it to the public-domain, I'd like
to have a copy for the PD archives here at SIMTEL20. IEEE Journal is
a rather limited circulation magazine that isn't generally available
to people who are not members.
