I haven't heard it announced yet (that proves nothing, it has always been hard to find out about new AT&T software), but that is expected to be the next release name (except you forgot the "UNIX"). It is rumored to have stream I/O (coexistent with ordinary C-lists for at least one release cycle).

I am afraid an order for System V Rel. 3 would be rejected. The latest version is System V Release 2 Version 2 for the 3B2/300. All other versions for the other 3B family members also begin with System V Rel. 2. Chris Donahue P.S. We would be glad to take your money though.
