Doug,
	For you, probably not unless you want multiple shell windows.
For the 99.995% of the people who are, at best, casual administrators it
looks worthwhile.

The appearance of CPU killer seems to come from the way the ua forks off
another process with another window to do almost anything.

The real problem is the crappy mouse tracking, and I don't think that it
is caused by the CPU greed of the ua as much as the context switching to
whatever process is tracking the mouse.
