George are you absolutely sure you work for AT&T? Anyhow, you can order documentation from Indianapolis. I have the Reference manual (comcode 403319023) and the Service manual (comcode 403319031). The Programmers Reference manual is backordered. Someone in AT&T really should set up a hotline or something for employees. I have been amazed with thenumber of questions on the net from AT&T employees about their products. I originally thought AT&T would get their heavy hitters on the net to field these questions for us outsiders.
