[net.micro.att] WARNING: SCRSET Problem on UNIX PC

	I just got the SYSTEM V update and, as has already been
discussed, there was no SCRSET command.  I implemented one using
ioctl with WIOCSCR and everything seemed to be working until the
keyboard hopelessly locked up.  After verifying that it was this
new command that was messing up, I called AT&T.  They said...

	This feature does not work.  It locks up the
	keyboard if the screen is blanked several times
	or if it is left blank for a period of time.
	There is no fix available as of yet.

So now we can go back to burning VOICE 1: IDLE into our phosphor.
