[net.micro.att] DOS-73 Coprocessor and Mouse.com

I am trying to use Borland's REFLEX on the DOS-73 board in my 3B1.
According to the documentation with the DOS-73 board, running mouse.com
turns the 3B1's mouse into something like a Microsoft Mouse. REFLEX
is set up to take advantage of a MS mouse with a driver written 12/31/83
or later. When I run mouse.com I can't get REFLEX to respond to the
mouse. I am wondering whether this is because the 3B1 only emulates
part of the MS mouse commands, or because it is patterned after a earlier
driver. Does anyone out there have information about what mouse.com on
the DOS-73 board is compatible with?

A related question re the DOS-73 board. Is there any way to suppress
the function key labels on the display so that the DOS-73 board can
display a full screen when using hercules graphics? It gets tiresome
scrolling the display up and down to uncover the status line hidden
by the function key labels.

Thanks
