[net.micro.att] FORTRAN compilers that use EMS expanded memory boards?

Are there any MS-DOS FORTRAN compilers that allow EMS
or enhanced-EMS expanded memory boards to be used to increase
program and/or data storage beyond 640KB (without simply using
the EMS board as a ramdisc)?
