[net.micro.att] AST RAM disk software on an AT&T 6300

A colleague would like to use a RAM disk on her AT&T 6300.  She
has an IBM PC with an AST memory board and has been using the RAM
disk software for her IBM.  Is there a source of RAM disk software
for the AT&T 6300 or is there a way to use the AST software on her
machine.  Any pointers or help would be appreciated.
