[net.micro.att] Screen print function on Unix PC

I'm trying to support the screen printing (Shift-Print key) function of the
Unix PC on a non-supported printer.  I've defined the printer as an ATT475.
Can anyone provide me with a brief description of what the data stream looks
like that runs the ATT475 in "bit" mode?
