Hi, I was just talking to our AT&T Friendly Sales Type Person today. He mentioned that AT&T markets something called "PC-Connection" that runs of a Sys-V host system. He claimed that it allowed things like 6300s to have extended file systems (presumably ms-dos) supported on the host computer. Sounds pretty nice, if it works. The rep, wasn't immensely informed on the subject (are they ever?), so comments from the net would be appreciated. Thanks for any info in advance. AT&T PC Interface is a software product that allows a 3B2 to act as a file server for MS-DOS machines. It runs over RS232 or 3BNet. AT&T StarLan also provides this capability from a 3B2 or UNIX PC or PC6300 or PC6300 PLUS host, but I am not sure for which hosts this fileserver capability is orderable right now. Harvey S.
