What songs do these come from?

2) A knife in the back
He's Gone
3) catch colt
Cassidy
4) Hide the ones in trouble
One Thing to Try - Robert Hunter
5) the restless heart keeps flying,
Yellow Moon - Robert Hunter
Most got the first three. The last two dont appear on any Dead
albums, but they are in the list of Dead lyrics that I got. I assumed
that meant that they have been played by the Dead at one time or
another. Anyway, as has been said before, if Hunter's not a member of
the band, no one is.
