The Grateful Dead have settled on June 7, 1965 as their "official"
beginning. (That's when Phil more-or-less joined the group.)
SO--just for grins, let's get all the DeadHeads who can be reached
by this message to >>>send an anniversary card<<< to the boys (and, of
course, to all of the people who keep the organization running). Time
it to arrive right around June 7, 1985.
The logical place to send it is to "Dead Heads", which is the standard
target of all the weird mail with comments about the group and people's
experiences surrounding the Dead. The address:
