<iko*2> Last night I posted a question about lyrics, but later last night I found my own answer. This morning I tried to cancel the article, but I'm not familiar enough with the news software to know how well the cancellation will take. Here is the original article: >I, too, have a certain lyric that I'm curious about, and can't quite >decipher. In _Saint_of_Circumstance_, the refrain at the end goes >something like: > >"Sure don't know what I'm going for, >but I'm gonna go ?? ?? for sure." > > Any ideas about what should replace the ?? above? > > Also .... > > I'm thinking about camping out (weather permitting) for the > Hershey & Merriweather shows, to cut costs. Are there any recommendations > for campgrounds near these shows? I've found a couple in the Rand McNally > book, but the book doesn't include ratings for "good place to hang out after > a Grateful Dead show." Please send mail if you have some info, or if > you're curious about the responses I get. Last night after I posted the above article, I went home and read a couple of more chapters of _Playing_in_the_Band_. This book is generously sprinkled throughout with lyrics from Dead songs, and (I should have known) one of the ones I found last night was "Sure don't know what I'm going for, but I'm gonna go for it for sure." I guess I've got my answer on the lyrics. ("Once in a while ...") I'm still interested in camping info, though. If I find lyrics that help with this, too, I will surely let people know.
