I just found out that the Dead will be playing at Boreal Ridge in California
on Aug 24th. This is from the hotline (415-457-0207). Call for more complete
info.
The tickets are $16. They are taking mail orders immediately. Tickets go on
sale nationally thru ticketron and in Northern CA thru BASS on Friday, July
12th.
For those of you that don't know where Boreal Ridge is. It is on Interstate
80 at Donner Summit in the Sierra's. It is a ski resort, about 4 hours from
San Fransico and about 45 minutes from Reno, Nevada.
This is a much nicer place for a concert than Stanford anyway!
