                       (IN MY OPINION)

The remixed version is better in the respect of professional
recording standards. However it falls short of the original with
respect to musical depth and layering. The original has clearly
delineated musical tracks which can be followed independently. This
depth and complexity gives the recording an intensity and clarity
lacking in the remixed version. The same is true with AoxomoxoA. For
example the song What's Become Of The Baby is a miss-mash of garble on
the remix, but is a psychodelic dream of clarity in the original.

Also, the remixed version of both albums is missing entire pieces
of music that appears on the original. Missing from Anthem is the
central piece of electronic music just before the mellow part that is
sung by Weir that goes "Last leaf falling...". And the a capella ending
to Doing That Rag is missing.
