[net.music.gdead] THE DEAD ZONE

I saw an add on the tube the other day for the new Twilight Zone on
CBS, returning this fall.

The music was unmistakable. Sounded just like "studio Space". Truely
wierd, and it was perfect for the Twilight Zone effect. I am looking forward
to the return of this one.

Hello good people,
Bravo Marty, excellent idea about the boys episode. After they are masters
of the zone. Why not relay one of the many true dead head tales of yore.
Jerry has openly admitted that he can't control the power of the symbiotic
live relationship the audience and the band have. We both seem to be trapped
(however happily) in that zone with eachother. How 'bout cosmic interludes,
strange meetings, stranger events. The origional Gratefull Dead man....Let's
get his story out in the open. What really happened to the soul in the Uncle
Sam outfit who danced off the speaker towers at 5AM in rochester in '80('81?).
Any ideas????? Who can we contact. Who, after all, is more qualified to speak
about the zone than us (We travel there every show!).
.............The bus came 'round and I got on, that's when it all began.......
Hey, how about doing an episode on Wharf Rat, Cosmic Charlie, Dark Star, etc..
There must be enough material for years of shows.
One more note, did anyone notice the slightly out of focus dead sticker at the
beginning of last weeks show. It was in the background behind that womans face.
There seem to be a few subtleties.
                     -Enjoy Glenn
