[net.sources.games] galaxy - empty char const

When compiling init_all.c of galaxy with the makefile I get a
empty character constant at line 666. The line appears as below.

{ '', 14 ,59 },
 
I have seen this problem before. You might have used a special character
which gets removed by the news-mailer. What should I insert?
