[net.sources.games] where is the <local/window.h> file?

Hello,
    I never read net.sources.games before, but I tried
to compile the adventure games that were posted
a short while ago, and I got a message telling me
that the include file <local/window> was not there.
In fact, on all the machines I have access to I did
not find this include file. Could someone please mail it
to me or post it (and tell me where they post it)?
