[net.sources.games] WAR - a useful reference blurb

ejb@think.ARPA (Erik Bailey) (04/24/86)

I made this up so my friends could easily understand the command
line syntax. Hope it helps someone...

------------------------D  E  S  T  R  O  Y---------------------------
			    * * *   W A R   * * *

	       NOTE: for complete information, type 'man war'.

War syntax: war [-e] -f {your file} (-s {your mazename}) (user {tty#}) <CR>

Only use what is in []'s if editing, what is in ()'s if playing, both
if both. Replace {...} with your private files (ie -f erik -s maze).
User should be the opponent; you'll need his tty if logged on more than once.
Good luck, and
			      *** HAVE FUN ***
