[net.sources.games] 16 bit compress on AT&T 3B2

After receiving many responses about my article on the problem of 12 vs. 16
bit compress on a 3B2, I have concluded that compress will work fine with 16
bits on an AT&T 3B2. The trick is to override the Makefile where "usermem"
decides to make it 12 bit max.
