[net.sources.games] LARN 11.0 or 12.0

We've found a feature (bug?) of Larn (both 11.0 and 12.0).
It just needs the right fortune cookie!  So we suggest
adding this to the fortune file:

	Bank tellers are easily confused

Have fun.  This feature makes winning a level 9 game practical.
