Okay, things are a bit quiet in the newsgroup, and I just happen to have
my copy of Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt's "Oblique Strategies" here at the
desk today. *So*, let's try a little experiment in creative networking: I'll
draw about a dozen of the little suckers from the box, and let *you* post
the net.music.synth article of your choice whose title or subject is suggested
by the aphorism on the little card, okay? Since I draw the cards, I won't post
the first article. That way, if no one else does, I'll let you assume that I
was either bored or crazy. Here goes, campers:
Water
Accept advice
Define an area as `safe' and use it as an anchor
Remove ambiguities and convert to specifics
Simply a matter of work
Make a blank valuable by putting it in an exquisite frame
Take a break
Lowest common demoninator
Always first steps
A line has two sides
Change instrument roles
Is the intonation correct?
Okay. Your turn.
