[net.music.synth] Need info on interfacing D/As

Look at the datasheets for the Analogic MP2735-1 ADC and
the MP1936 D/A & S/H. (Both have appropriate
sample/holds)

They're pretty good building blocks at the frequencies you want,
you'll have to do the interfacing and FIFO's yourself, though.

Sorry, missed the original request.

I'm told that Burr-Brown has a relatively new line
of converters with built in sample/holds and deglitch amps.

A friend is using them to replace some rather old Analogic's
in a system with a design sampling rate of 100KHz.

I don't have much concrete info, but I'm told the
Burr-Brown's are, among other things, fairly cheap.
