Just returned from the music store i have been dealing with for the group purchase (re: "Power in numbers"). and because of the size of the potential purchase, Was informed that Price of a NEW DX7 included in the order (for you Steve Parker) would be <= $1500 . That's not bad considering that the going rate for a DX7 is in the neighborhood of 1650 - 1700 (just because of the demand). Also a YAMAHA MT44 recorder (new model black with mixer and patch bay) would be somewhere <= 675 (going rate about $795). and a TASCAM porta studio 1 in the range <=$ $469. NOTE: these are pre hard negoitation prices and will probably be less then the upper limit. he music store is being more than helpful and is willing to talk BIG discounts for BIG order! AGAIN: If anyone else is interested in joining in...Please respond as the order will be placed sometime in october. Reuben M.
