[net.music.synth] Readership Poll: New Computer Music Library

bradr@ingres.ARPA (Brad Rubenstein) (11/01/85)

Could you all please respond to this poll:

I am in the process of compiling titles of books and papers for a new
library of computer music here at UC Berkeley. We would like to cover
topics in many related fields (e.g. signal processing, speech
analysis/synthesis, musical instrument modeling/analysis, history of
computer music, etc.).

So what books, papers, serials, theses, and so on, have you found most
useful/complete/understandable in computer music? Of particular
interest are good survey texts, as well as detailed bibliographies
(maybe with interesting papers attached!).

Enter as many times as you like. There is no purchase required.

The resulting bibliography will be made available on request.

	Thanks,
		Brad
