I'm interested in collecting information on what is the present state of the art in digital recording equipment, particularly what might be coming in the way of home recording equip. I saw an ad for Sony disc players that had George Benson recording on what appeared to be a relatively compact digital recording outfit. Is that type of equipment readily available? What pricerange? What other makers are marketing such equipment? If anybody has any answers to these questions please either post or email back to me. Thanks in advance. Kevin Reynolds N.C. What is *their* price range? Are they any good? Why aren't they heavily advertised? I'll summarize anything e-mailed to me.
