According to the news (on the local vividh bharathi station), there was a fire in a crowded train yesterday (saturday!) night. The train was at the Rayapore station or nearabouts in Madhya Pradesh, when the fire broke out. There were atleast FIFTY people dead by late yesterday. Causes of the fire are (you guessed it!) still under investigation. (You can imagine the plight of the hapless crowd in a GENERAL COMPARTMENT in Indian Railway, when any thing like fire starts.
