[net.nlang.india] Sunil Trivedi and other famous "Indians"

Hey, what about Indians getting respect in the East, in India and more
important in Timbuctoo. Does your nationalistic fervour (laudably gained
by staying in New York City for 13 years and in Texas for more) recognise
talent only "respected" in the West ??

That too is precisely is my goal. To ban immaturity and insensitivity from
the net. For this very purpose, let me urge all to send personal gripes to
friend Sunil,(Oh ! How he loves to get mail and read news -- particularly
articles posted by him). But I wonder if that would work. 'Tis truely
quoth about the horse and the pond. (Ole, Ole)

P.S. A quotation from the scriptures : 'Tis sinful to flame Saints.

RE : Crap not worth quoting from buckwheat@sunybcs
which was posted in response to sunil@ut-ngp's gripe about
    satirizing Dr. Raj Krishna'a obituary.

Nobody is exhibiting his immaturity and insensitivity more than
you Mr. "Buckwheat" of SUNY/Stonybrook. The fact that you don't like
the quantity and quality of Sunil Trivedi's postings is no justification
for your ridiculous behavior. Sunil has every right to post inoffensive
material to this group. If you don't like what you see respond to it !
Don't become personal and abusive like a goddamn teenager. At least
Sunil signs his name to every posting. You don't have the decency,
 nay guts to do that.

As far as Dr. Raj Krishna is concerned, he was as famous and
respected in India as in the West. You seem to be more upset about
the fact that you hadn't heard of him than anything else. Which
 is a shame.

There is no buckwheat@sbcs so sending 'flames' to it is a waste of time.
Since Shaji Bhaskar has become a 'star' of the S.U.N.Y./S.B. Computer
Science Dept., Baiju Patel and Pankaj Gupta (shaji,baiju,pankaj@sbcs)
have decided to follow their mentor in childishness. Hiding behind a
"setenv USER SPC-ST" or "setenv USER buckwheat" only reinforces the
immaturity of the poster(s). Instead of being discouraged to post in
net.nlang.india, the 'munne' (children) should be encouraged to post in
net.flame where they can find their peer group. These 'kids' should be
glad to learn (and children should continually be learning) that I do
not read net.flame nor post to it.

Heck being infamous beats being famous - the immaturity of the trio at
Stony Brook are displays of this philosophy.
