Neither I, nor Pankaj, nor Baiju posted the "buckwheat" episodes that appear to have ruffled his feathers. I did not prompt anyone else to do so, either. (I believe the others also did not). Trivedi should not blame me if there are more people than he thinks who don't see eye to eye with him. If somebody posts an article Trivedi can reply to it. If somebody posts an article without identifying himself, Trivedi can choose to answer, or ignore it. BUT HE BLOODY WELL DOES NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND INNUENDOS. The least he could have done was to mail me before posting such a thoughtless article. However, it appears that he wants to use the net as a means of settling personal scores with me. It is time he stopped doing so. Notice how he keeps mentioning my name, although I have not posted anything to this newsgroup till now? The bad blood between Trivedi and me started when I sent him e-mail about his implying that Indians who go through arranged marriages are uneducated. Hot words were exchanged. (That's why I chose e-mail). Since I did not think that the correspondence was suitable for the net, I did not want to post it. But, as somebody else has already pointed out, Trivedi has not yet learned to respect the confidentiality of personal correspondence. I would like to tell Trivedi not to waste his time trying to settle petty personal grievances in this newsgroup or conjuring up grandiose conspiracies against him at SUNY. I haven't discussed Trivedi with either Pankaj or Baiju, ever. He is being absolutely ridiculous when he talks of some "trio" out to "get" him. The fact that Trivedi accounts for half the postings in this newsgroup does not give him the right to blatantly abuse the net and slander me. I wonder who needs to grow up.
