Hundreds of computer companies have mushroomed all over the country in the
last few years - large and small. The exercise of building such a list would
be more useful if the objectives are spelled out clearly.
Till then, I have two updates to the posted list.
Datamatics India Ltd., : Computer Software Consultants. Contracts
Bombay. : in India, U.S., Fareast.
Mafatlal Computers Limited : Computer Software Consultants. Work mostly
Bombay. : confined to India.
In terms of size, they are next to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and
Tata Burroughs Limited.

P.S. 1) I am an ex-TCS.
2) I have talked to many companies in Bombay area exploring the setting
up of joint ventures.
