I have a question for you. Is it not true that Mr. Longowal was murdered in a gurudwara by Sikhs? I am not an expert on the Khalistan/Punjab/Sikh issue but I read that this is what occurred. If this is true, aren't the Sikh extremists (terrorists?) guilty of desecration of a temple? I don't know which particular gurudwara; does it make a difference? The blood on the floor of that temple was just as red as the blood in the water of the sacred pool. I think before you start attacking anyone else, you better take a look at what Bhindranwhale's group is doing. Unless, of course, you don't give a damn about double-standards in which case you get to do what you like. I am not advocating what happened after Mrs. Ghandi's assassination. It was ugly and cruel. However, I think it's time to start the healing process. We have wasted too much time and we still have a long way to go. I have always wondered why many *INDIANS* consider themselves Muslims or Sikhs or Hindus or Tamils or whatever before they consider themselves as *INDIANS*? Is this is the problem? I don't know. praveen -- Praveen Kumar Don't bother me! I'm on an emergency third rail power trip. phaedrus@eneevax.arpa or {seismo,allegra}!umcp-cs!eneevax!phaedrus
